A simple lager made with the best ingredients, plus time. Bohemian Pilsner malt and Saaz hops is a classic combination; tried, tested and enjoyed worldwide pretty much since the pioneering Josef Groll first began to brew pale beers in Plzeň around 1842. Time is arguably the most important bit; we let this beer rest in the tank for six weeks.
