Havnesæson Blend 2 summarizes what Baghaven stands for. A wide variety of all Danish grown grains including malted and unmalted barley, malted and unmalted spelt, malted and unmalted heirloom wheat, and raw buckwheat. Gently hopped with hops from France and New Zealand and fermented and aged in an Italian red wine foeder with our unique yeast for 9 months.⁠⠀
