DEYA - Double Steady Rolling Strata

DIPA // 500ml // 8% ABV

Steady Rolling Strata is an interpretation of our most important beer - Steady Rolling Man. The base recipe is the same as for Steady; plenty of oats, NEIPA water profile and a fruity English ale yeast. We switch out all of the usual hop additions for Strata as a showcase of this amazing variety from Indie Hops. We use bang fresh Strata that we selected during hop harvest in September, flown straight to the UK and direct into tank.

We loved Steady Rolling Strata so much last year we made it a DIPA… Double Steady Rolling Strata returns!!
